EdelGive Foundation …
EdelGive Foundation x Tech4Good's Spotlight Special Edition 2021
28 January 2021 -
EdelGive Foundation x Tech4Good brings you the Spotlight Series Special Edition '21.
EdelGive Foundation has been working tirelessly to build sustainable institutions and organizations that promote societal growth and innovation, and advances the common good by bringing the skills, resources and talents of the for-profit world to the not-for-profit world.
The first of its kind, this series will focus solely on Women's Rights Organizations to help them improve their operational efficiency by leveraging technology.
Once shortlisted, representatives from 50 Women’s Rights Groups will form the first such Tech Cohort. The objective of this initiative is to counteract the lopsided adoption of technology across genders & to enable women resources working on women’s issues, to wield technology with a little more ease & a lot more confidence.
Now, we understand that we are dealing with a wide spectrum of organizations that fall within the ambit of women’s rights, whether it be access to justice, girl-child education, organizations supporting acid attack survivors to the one’s enabling access to land, property & livelihood, this is an open invitation to each & every one of you.
We at Tech4Good have been raising awareness, building capacity, improving access to technology & in turn improving the quality of services to beneficiaries through online training & hands-on workshops, mentor connects, special Tech4Good discounts & set up support to nonprofits.
These sessions will focus on urgent tools i.e. fundraising platforms, payment gateways, programme management, online data collection, stakeholder management systems to name a few.
We encourage all Women’s Right Nonprofits to identify a minimum of 3 resources within your teams (the decision makers, the supervisors, managers et al.) to apply for these sessions led by world class Tech4Good corporate partners & replete with tech mentorship support, tool implementation guidance & special Tech4Good Discounts/ Offers.

Social Stock Exchang…
Social Stock Exchange – A Way Forward
29 January 2021 -
The idea of creation of a Social Stock Exchange (SSE) is expected to produce a major shift in how social sector projects get funded and can prove to be a game changer for the NGO sector, especially considering the post-COVID scenario, that has exposed the survival challenges that many of them are facing as their funding sources are drying up. A functioning SSE is an opportunity for NGOs for scaling up social action while at the same time ensuring a reasonably stable financial pipeline with integrated accountability frameworks. Is India ready for a SSE? Will investors be ready to support good ideas for ‘low’ or ‘no’ returns? Will NGOs be able to transit to this new mechanism? Through a detailed discussion, the session will look at the dynamics of a SSE in India
